Thursday, 16 November 2023, Melbourne: the IPO Network held its final event for 2023 in Melbourne with clients and friends yesterday at Scugnizzo Ristorante in Little Bourke Street examining the comparative advantage for businesses listing their securities on the NSX and also discussing the NSX plans for a joint venture mining exchange in Saudi Arbia.
Our guest Chairman Tim Hart from the National Stock Exchange of Australia Ltd [ASX: NSX] presented on his capital markets journey and his outlook for the 2024 year. A wide range of subjects were addressed including the world stock exchanges, empowering start-ups companies, corporate governance and risk management, mergers and acquisitions and many illustrative stories to enlighten these topics.
